Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your CT 9999 account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact CT 9999 support immediately. CT 9999 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to keep their credentials secure.
Account Verification
CT 9999 may request identity verification documents at any stage, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. This is a standard process for protecting players and the integrity of the platform. Verification requests are handled promptly and player data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4. Deposits and Payments
All deposits and balances on CT 9999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion and no hidden exchange rate charges. CT 9999 supports the following deposit methods for players in Pakistan:

5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, or to a verified PKR account in the player's name. CT 9999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Before a withdrawal is processed, CT 9999 may require identity verification if it has not already been completed. Players should ensure their account information is accurate and up to date to avoid delays.
Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. CT 9999 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly once the verification check is complete.
Pending Bonus Conditions: If your account balance includes funds subject to an active bonus wagering requirement, those funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. The status of any active bonus and its remaining wagering requirement is shown in your account.
6. Sports Betting Rules
CT 9999 offers sports betting markets including cricket (T20, Pakistan Super League, international matches), football, esports and other sports. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:
- All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where CT 9999's void bet policy applies.
- CT 9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error has occurred, or where the outcome has been manipulated or is subject to an integrity investigation.
- In-play bets are accepted in real time. CT 9999 uses live data feeds to update odds; occasional delays in odds updates may occur and CT 9999 is not liable for bets placed during a temporary delay.
- For cricket matches that are interrupted by weather (including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes), CT 9999 follows the official match result as declared by the governing body.
- Maximum bet limits apply and are visible in the bet slip before confirmation. CT 9999 reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual accounts or specific markets without prior notice.
- Winnings from settled bets are credited to your CT 9999 balance automatically following official result confirmation.
Disputes relating to settled bets must be raised within 30 days of settlement. CT 9999 will not review disputes raised after this period.
7. Casino and Game Lobby Rules
The CT 9999 game lobby and live casino operate on certified random number generation (RNG) and live dealer software provided by established gaming software providers. The following rules apply:
- All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or by live dealer procedure and are not influenced by CT 9999 or any third party.

CT 9999 reserves the right to report suspicious activity, including suspected fraud or match-fixing involvement, to relevant authorities. Cooperating with such processes may require CT 9999 to withhold account balances during an investigation.
11. Account Suspension and Closure
CT 9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
- A player has violated these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
- A player requests self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.
- A player cannot complete identity or age verification when requested.
- CT 9999 is required to do so for legal, regulatory or compliance reasons.
Where an account is closed due to a terms violation or fraud, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for other reasons (including voluntary closure by the player), legitimate balances not subject to an active bonus condition will be returned via the player's verified withdrawal method.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account can do so by contacting CT 9999 support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within a reasonable time and the account will not accept further deposits or bets once the closure request is confirmed.
12. Limitation of Liability
CT 9999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or app at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted, CT 9999 is not liable for:
- Losses arising from a player's inability to access the platform during a period of technical downtime.
- Losses resulting from a player's own decision to place a bet or play a game.
- Losses caused by unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to maintain credential security.
- Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits CT 9999's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Privacy and Data
CT 9999 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in that policy.
